Deliveries and Returns
Delivery of Merchandise
Your merchandise will be delivered by UPS whenever possible. Truck delivery via
common carrier will be used on all items that do not meet UPS guidelines. You are responsible for inspection of all
merchandise and placement in your facility or home. Please make arrangements for unloading merchandise at the time
it will be delivered.
Delivery Charges
All merchandise is shipped prepaid.
Damaged Merchandise

When the truck driver delivers your merchandise, inspect all cartons immediately. If there is a damaged carton,
check contents. If there is damage to contents, accept merchandise but note damage on freight bill.

Notify the delivery company of all damage immediately. The delivery company will send an inspector to your facility or home.

Keep all paperwork pertaining to the shipment (freight bill, copy of inspection report, packing slips).

Keep all cartons and packing materials pertaining to the damaged merchandise.
Returned Merchandise and Restocking Fee
Prior authorization is required on all returned merchandise.
No returns are allowed after 30 days from the invoice date. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returned
merchandise.
